We are so grateful to Elaine for the high marks. Read her comments below.
2019 Williams Rossi Cabernet Sauvignon – 94 points
Beautifully restrained and yet flavorful, this Cabernet Sauvignon is savory, and pleasantly woodsy, with a core of dark chocolate and dark fruits. Bay laurel, thyme, and wet tobacco bring additional complexity. A mouthwatering and palate cleansing wine filled with detail and length to enjoy on its own or add to a savory meal.
2019 Williams Rossi Merlot – 94 points
A sophisticated example of Merlot that exemplifies the variety’s classic character. A pleasing and dusty earthiness encircles flavors of ripe cherries and plums mixed through with dried herbs and wet tobacco. Powdery fine tannins lift into well-integrated and brightening acidity for a well balanced and beautiful wine.
2023 Sauvignon Blanc – 93 points
A balanced, refreshing, and satisfying Sauvignon Blanc, this crisp white wine dances with flavors of lime and grapefruit, lemongrass and papaya with a sprinkle of sea salt. Lifted and delicious with an ultra long finish.
