Billing
Your Fellow Shipments will be billed to the credit card on file for your membership, email notifications are sent in advance of each Fellow Shipment release, giving you the opportunity to reschedule your delivery and update your membership preferences, including your billing details and delivery address.
If updates are not requested by the billing date, we will automatically process your Fellow Shipment to the credit card on file, with current membership information, and ship your wines on the stated ship date, weather permitting.
Shipping
Will Call Fellow Shipments are held for pick up at the winery until the end of the quarter. If not picked up, your Fellow Shipment will be shipped and shipping charges will apply.
Federal law requires that a person over the age of 21 sign for all alcohol deliveries, there are no exceptions. To that end, we strongly recommend shipping to a business address or a FedEx location. Any missed delivery attempts, re-directs, and returns will put the quality of your wine at risk and fees will apply. See below for applicable fees.
All Fellow Shipment changes and address corrections requested after a shipment has been initiated will be subject to applicable fees.
To ensure that your wines are delivered in the same condition that they leave the winery, we store our wine in temperature-controlled conditions, carefully inspect bottles before they ship, and select shipping methods accordingly. We will hold shipments during times of extreme weather. If your order is held for the weather, we will contact you by email with details, offer alternative shipping methods or instead ship your order as soon as conditions allow.
You will receive an email when your Fellow Shipment is in route to the email address on file for your membership. You are responsible for receiving and reviewing your shipping and delivery details, please add shop@frogsleap.com to your safe senders list. We ship our wines via FedEx, GSO, and UPS, selecting the best option each quarter as a part of our ongoing effort to ensure your wines arrive on time and in the same condition that they leave our cellar. If you have a preference of carrier, we will do our best to use their services but cannot guarantee they will be available for our shipping schedule.
Fellow Shipment shipping fees are determined by current shipping rates, the weight of the package, and delivery destination, unless otherwise stated. Shipping fees are not refundable.
We ask that you please inspect your Fellow Shipment as soon as it arrives. If anything is broken in transit please let us know immediately so we may file a claim with the carrier and take action to remedy the situation. Please note that we will be unable to replace broken bottles if we are not notified within 30 days of delivery.
Frog’s Leap cannot be held responsible for delivery delays outside of our reasonable control due to circumstances such as extreme weather, natural disasters, carrier errors, etc. Thank you for your understanding.
