Will the Etched Magnum arrive in a gift box? Can I add a gift note?

Yes, your Etched Magnum will be placed inside a Frogs Leap branded gift box. The gift box will rest inside an outer shipping box for safe delivery. We are pleased to print your gift message on Frogs Leap stationary and include it in the package for your recipient.

How long should I expect for delivery?

Typically, we need 1-3 weeks for processing. During the 2024 holiday season our order deadlines are as follows:

  • For delivery before Thanksgiving-order by November 6th
  • For delivery before Christmas-order by December 3rd

Tracking information will be sent to the email address on file for the order. We recommend utilizing FedEx Delivery Manager for greater control over your package in transit.

Are etched magnums eligible for return?

Due to the personalization, all sales are final for the etched magnum. Please rest assured that we will work with you to ensure that all details are just right prior to sending your bottle to the etcher.
